We specialize in SFR's and 2-4 unit complexes in central California. Inspections are scheduled within 24 hours of order receipt and the report is completed and turned in within 24 hours of inspection. We are proactive in our communication so the loan officer always knows what is going on with the file, when the inspection is scheduled, and when they should expect receipt.
